At Hape Design Italy, center for Toy Design and Innovation part of the Hape Group, we are looking for a Junior/ Mid level talented Industrial Designer. The work modality is flexible and hybrid: partwise in our design studio located in Saronno, nearby Milan, partwise remote.
Job description:
with our experienced Creative Team you will be involved in each step of the design process, from research until the final product.
Work on products and trend's Research in the preliminary phase of a project
Brainstorm, ideate and create Concepts with the other members of our Design Team
Transform concept ideas into Designs, translating them from sketches to Products
Arrange mock ups and samples
Participate to Play test sessions with children
Produce 3D files for production to share with our international teams
Make Renderings and Presentation
Skills required:
Excellent level of 3D modelling and Rendering Software: Rhinoceroros and Keyshot
Excellent usage of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Great skills in Hand and Digital Sketching
Creativity, empathy and ability to work in team
Fluent English
Illustration skills are a plus
